Accreditation

In Australia, Citola will apply to be recognised as Project Manager and Reforestation Entity pursuant to the Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme Bill 2010, Part 10 – Reforestation and subsequent legislation.

All processes are conducive with FSC guidelines as to "Best-Practice" Sustainable Forestry and the previous Greenhouse Friendly™ program established by the Australian Greenhouse Office.

Citola REDD and international forestry projects are designed according to Voluntary Carbon Standard (VCS) methodologies to be compliant with the VCS standards.

Citola is registered the EU ETS registry, the Markit™ Environmental Registry, the NSW GGAS Registry, the Australian REC registry among others.
