Citola is committed to ensuring that this belief is the benchmark and driving force for all operations with our people, clients and the communities and societies in which we operate.

We are thus dedicated to upholding the following company-wide environmental policy:

  • Citola is dedicated to making win-win decisions that marry commercial sense with positive environmental benefits
  • Citola is committed to an effective carbon management plan. Firstly, by avoiding the emission of greenhouse gases and secondly, by offsetting unavoidable carbon emissions through Citola’s carbon projects.
  • Citola undertakes to promote and empower environmental awareness in all its employees, and to recognise and reward active use of this awareness.
  • Citola aims to maximise energy efficiency and minimise resource use and waste production, including ongoing assessment and improvement of resource procurement, recycling and waste disposal.
  • Citola aims to, wherever possible, inform clients, customers and the public of its environmental philosophies and performance, and to work collaboratively with the communities which surround its operations.
